We will discuss your goals or symptoms, relevant medical history, treatment suitability and the appropriate next steps. You can ask questions and understand the recommended options before deciding whether to proceed.
When is payment collected?
No payment is collected upfront or at your first visit. If you decide to proceed, payment is collected from your second visit onwards.
We will explain your recommended treatment plan, inclusions, total cost and payment arrangements before you agree to treatment. This describes when payment is collected; it does not make full treatment sessions complimentary.
Is there a treatment trial?
Following screening, a clinician may offer an eligible patient a brief familiarisation or tolerability check. This is at the clinician’s discretion, is not guaranteed and is not a full treatment session. A brief complimentary tolerability check is separate from the paid treatment programme and does not count as a paid treatment session.
Do I have to proceed?
No. There is no obligation to proceed with treatment after your complimentary consultation and screening assessment.
Treatment remains subject to clinical suitability. Any same-day treatment depends on the assessment, agreed treatment plan and appointment availability; it is not guaranteed. Payment collection still begins from your second visit onwards.
