Your consultation and screening assessment start the process. Nothing is collected at your first visit. If you proceed, payment collection begins from your second visit onwards, with the plan and costs agreed before treatment.
How do I book a consultation at ¹EM?
You can request a consultation directly with ¹EM. You do not need a referral.
The easiest way is to complete the consultation request form for the treatment you are interested in. Our team will review your details and help arrange an appropriate appointment.

Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes. If your plans change, contact the ¹EM team and we can help arrange another available appointment.

Appointment availability will depend on the treatment, clinical requirements and current clinic schedule.
What if I am not sure whether I need EMSculpt Neo or EMSELLA?
You do not need to work that out before booking.
The consultation exists partly to determine what is appropriate.
For example:
EMSculpt Neo may be considered for selected patients interested in muscle development, body contouring, core conditioning or treatment of particular muscle groups.
EMSELLA may be considered for selected patients seeking pelvic floor strengthening or support with symptoms such as urinary incontinence.
Sometimes the most useful outcome of an assessment is establishing that a particular treatment is not the right option.
That is why ¹EM starts with assessment rather than simply booking everyone directly onto a device.
Do I need a GP referral?
No referral is required to request a consultation with ¹EM.
You can contact us directly.
If information from another healthcare professional would be useful for your particular situation, this can be discussed during the assessment.
Do I need to know exactly what treatment I want before I book?
No.
You can simply tell us:
what you would like to improve
what symptoms or concerns you are experiencing
which area you are interested in treating
what result you are hoping to achieve
anything in your medical history that you think may be relevant
Our job is to help determine whether one of the treatments offered at ¹EM is appropriate.
Is the initial consultation complimentary?
¹EM currently offers a complimentary initial assessment for patients considering our treatment programs.
The purpose is to understand what you are trying to achieve, assess treatment suitability and explain the available options before you decide whether you want to proceed.
There is no requirement to commit to a full treatment program simply because you have attended a consultation.
What information should I provide when booking?
Providing a little context helps us make your first appointment more useful.
Depending on the reason for your visit, you may be asked about:
the treatment or area you are interested in
your main goal or symptoms
how long you have noticed the issue
relevant medical history
your preferred contact details
any questions you would particularly like answered
