EMSELLA: repeated pelvic-floor contractions, sometimes with tingling, while seated and clothed. The programme includes contraction and rest phases.
Tell your treating clinician promptly about pain, excessive heat or unexpected discomfort. Settings can be reviewed and treatment paused or stopped.
